    Thx Rockist. I am wandering whether RYG might give up some of interest for the funding arrangement - could result in another 'free carry' outcome.

    Samson, you may not be wrong. S'holders and investors on the sidelines might be waiting for the "official" signing and details on project rtns.

    I hope this project gets up quickly - it will be good for the community there.
