Yes, this is an admission by SOL that their shares are significantly overvalued by the market, otherwise buying MLT for more than its NTA seems indefensible. In effect, SOL shareholders are buying the MLT share portfolio for more than the sum of its investments.
If I was a MLT shareholder I'd seriously consider offloading my shares now at $6.08.
