    $6.00 includes the dividends but excludes franking;
    $6.22 all inclusive with franking;

    above was based on SOL price before the announcement (~$30), now with SOL shooting up ($33 today) the numbers would be even more attractive as SOL is capped at 31 in the calculations, at $33 the implied premium over milton's NTA is above 15 pct.
