$6 *includes* all three dividends (final + special from MLT + final from SOL) but *excludes* franking; all inclusive figure with dividends and franking is $6.22
but important to understand that the figures are variable as it's all based on MLT latest NTA release of $5.46 and SOL's vwap price which is then capped at $31 in calculatioins.
The higher MLT's NTA and SOL price come september-october, the higher the proceeds and vice versa.
i'm sitting tight for now until at least the new FY as i have a CGT bill as it is, but undecided whether to continue with SOL or sell out and roll over into VAS.
keen to hear other's thoughts on this as it came completely out of the blue!
i wonder if that is the Wilson's WAR effect in play, hmm.
