While the main issue may have been outside of WWI control I don't think the announcement can be viewed as positive. In fact it is definitely a set back. Getting in a new contractor will take time and money and there's no guarantee they'll be any better than the current mob. Better to sort this early no doubt. Was really hope for a "wwi is pleased to announce that production is on track and received 170 grand for December and 190 grand for January"
In the grand scheme of things this will hopefully just be a minor hiccup.
