SOL sold 10% of NHC in 2017 for around $2 after a steep rise in share price. In 2018 the share price went to $4. I think, if anything the sale has held back the share price. Assuming they're all done, we will play catch up with WHC.
Interesting to hear about the potential JV of NHC/WHC. That's an interesting one.
