Being wrong is a basic and necessary part of investing. If you read some posters on HC you'd be forgiven to think that they don't make mistakes...
I'm happy to admit that amongst many mistakes the one that sticks to this day is S32. I sold my S32 freebies that BHP handed out.... That was a very very big mistake.

You are one of the few on the HC boards that put a lot of thought on your investments and I respect that. Your insights have been invaluable even though we don't agree every now and then. Tritton and Cracow are comfortable. That comfort comes from knowing their profiles. Give Stockman a chance and with some luck and a lot of hard work, I think we may have a Crown jewel on our hands. Marriage + Big project is a well known playbook in the industry, not the first time I've seen it nor do I think it will be the last. I still remember the Catalpa & Conquest marriage from a few years back and the resulting big project Cowal felt like an enormous mountain to climb. I don't think EVN will be where it is now without delivering on that Crown jewel... Stockaman is to AIS as Cowal is to EVN.
