I think you will find the reason was because GCN had already announced on the 21st of nov. that they had entered into a partnership agreement with Solakool.
Todays announcement is the actual formalisation of that agreement.
So the two basically go hand in hand.

At the end of the day it doesn't really matter.
What does matter is that they have been able to secure what I consider to be a very good deal.

In time this could prove to be as good a relationship that GCN has been able to secure so far.

In my opinion this could prove to be a very big winner for all GCN shareholders.
Our patience may finally get rewarded.

I am sure there are still some sceptics out there, that's O.K.

In time people will begin to realise the significance of this partnership.
