Management could value the scrip at a maximum SP, or decide not to continue with the engagement as leverage to renegotiate if they did not reduce potential exposure in the initial agreement.
The value of the agreement is what it is today and in future, not what it was at 20c. Mgmt know that, or do you think mgmt value the company at circa 20c?
