Im not saying there is anything wrong with an agreement between LIT and NTU. Im highlighting that the "customer" of Soluna has directors in Bauk/Griffen, who are also directors of LIT.
Also, the registered address of NTU is the same address as LIT. Again, nothing wrong with that, but lets puts some context to the announcment.
