Management are quality, no questions asked. Performance is OK. But consider the fact the book is secured against assets that have largely been inflated in value, and are only coming down in near future. Compounds bad debt problems should they occur.. hence the applied caution IMO, coupled with lower expectations on origination volume projections due to collapse in consumer confidence.
Happy to buy closer to NTA... but expect that value to lower over next 12 months.
