    The ceo does have skin in the game, as do some of the board members. That is a plus. I guess capital allocation is the highest return on offer. I would argue at these prices the return on capital is double digit 15%+ pa range. Maybe the acquisition was a higher return, but it would want to be a good deal higher. The stock is very volatile and a proactive board that knows it will see through a cycle should be buying back stock. The return on capital of the business is not microsoft, its fairly modest.
