Mmm yup I reread the announcement.
It does not refer to a range.
It has changed from a maximum of 70% to a maximum of 90%.
It is clearly a part of the revised capital management program to increase the dividend payment.
So I am prepared to sit on my assumption that the dividend is likely to rise….
All in the balance of probabilities of course.
