Exact payout % will obviously depend on how the final quarter of the FY goes, but I think it's clear from that wording that we should expect a div in the 70-90% payout range.
As per my previous post on another thread, assuming the NPAT guidance (22.4M) for 2H23 provided in the half-year results proves to be accurate, this would mean a dividend in the range of 7.5-9.6c.
