I don't care about the share price, I had my shares for getting on 13 years & can't see me selling at any point while the management keep exercising their business plan
Personally I'd rather they didn't either but keep the funds in the business to fund future loans. I don't think paying 70%+ earnings as a dividend is sustainable, they'll only end up doing a capital raising earlier than otherwise.
