So the fact he bought car that was only worth $7,000 with a sticker price of $13,000 is SVR's fault? Anyone who buys from a dealer pays more than it's worth purchased privately.

So these people think the loans are interest free? Sounds like the issue is more with the car dealers not communicating with their customers than SVR. As if they don't provide all the details of the loan in the paperwork.
