    The company generates over $50M in net profit every year. So there is an additional circa $10m in dividends to shareholders based on their recent announcement.. It works out to be around 10% dividend but importantly they have over $70m in franking credits so 10% is fully franked to shareholders. They also have capacity to increase their loan book by over 50% without any change to their own funding needs. So it could rise to a yield of 15% based on current share price.

    They are trading at a PE ratio of less than 9.
