Redport Limited (ASX: RPT) today announced that 15,551,725 shares for a consideration of $243,540 are to
be placed with River Plate Securities Pty. Ltd. (“RPS”) resulting in RPS holding 13.04% of the issued shares
in RPT after the placement. RPS will be offered two positions on the RPT board. The funds raised will be
used to fund the on-going operations of RPT and its wholly owned subsidiary Colloqui Pty Ltd and the
marketing and capital raising activities undertaken by Colloqui Pty Ltd in the USA. The placement represents
15% of Redport’s pre-placement issued share capital. Further information required by Listing Rule 3.10.3 for
the private placement accompanies this announcement.
The board of RPT welcomes RPS as a strategic shareholder and values the experience they bring to the
Company.
In accordance with ASIC Class Order 02/1180 the Company advises that there is no information of the kind
that would be required to be disclosed under Section 713(5) of the Corporations Act if a prospectus were to
be issued in reliance on Section 713 of the Act in relation to an offer of the securities.
LISTING RULE 3.10.3 INFORMATION
In accordance with Listing Rule 3.10.3, Redport Limited provides the following details of the placement
shares:

3Principal Terms of Securities The shares will carry standard rights applicable
to ordinary shares in the Company and will,
from the date of issue, rank equally with fully
paid ordinary shares currently on issue.
4Issue Price $0.01566 per share
5Purpose of Issue To raise working capital to fund the on-going
operations of RPT and its wholly owned
subsidiary Colloqui Pty Ltd and the marketing
and capital raising activities undertaken by
Colloqui Pty Ltd in the USA.
6Shareholder Approval The Company will not seek shareholder
approval prior to the issue of 15,551,725 of the
placement shares, as approval of this number
of shares is not required by the Listing Rules. In
due course, the Company will seek shareholder
ratification of the placement in accordance with
the Listing Rules so as to renew the Company's
placement capacity pursuant to Listing Rule 7".
7Issue to Class The issue is not being made to a class of
security holders.
