Somers will win this battle if there is no legal case to be made against them.
There aren't enough engaged shareholders to shake up the board.
I don't expect that a higher bidder will emerge.
Somers have put a floor on the share price.
If the un-engaged shareholders remain un-engaged and don't sell, then I guess status quo will be maintained.
