Independent directors? My a$$. They have colluded to playdown the company, withhold cash sitting in the coffers and generally suppress the SP so get to this point. Disgraceful. And stupid Forager for siding with these guys in the early days to give them control of the board.

Anyway, if I was a holder, I would hold out and see if Forager can extract a decent offer out of them. This is a first up low ball bid and I'm sure won't be the last but since they have a blocking stake, no else can come in to make a higher bid. Absolute vultures and waited to the peak of the tax loss selling period to make the offer.
