The market and I agree with your cynical view of the management, my consolation is that the founder/Ceo/Chairman has over 54%
of total shares, and maybe this is a good enough reason to try moving the dial of the SP in an upward trend by delivering on the strategy and the IP available.
the market has surely grown tired of empty promises and the inability to execute hence the low M/C and SP
Mind you, the market loves excitement and the potential here is to the upside from such a low base, it will happen only if more deals and bigger numbers will occur.
