all the talk of control +/_ 50 % is irrelevant…
they have control now… 30-40 % generally control of listed company if no similar other parties…
suggest everyone look at what this great team is capable of… stacked with capable, respected winners, all with love of music industry and out to create the world leader …. Expect acquisitions…. Revenue base now is not why we are here….
it is the calibre of team … listen to interviews of Josh that have been posted…. Inspiring …. And v modest salary…. His reward is based on performance of the share value ….
so sit back and enjoy the next 18-24 month ride..
