Nobody on here should be advising you to buy anything IMO but I would just say it's a very good sign that a 15 billion dollar company wants to have a 19.9% partnership in a small cap stock. IF you are a trader/short term investor and looking to make a quick buck I have no idea but if you are a long term investor looking at holding for a few years, things look promising but always just go by what you think and don't be swayed by what people on here say including me.
