Yeah as far as I can tell... The company doesn't need any more money leading up to MetaM's or SW announcements... Doesn't need any unnecessary dilution. Be interesting to see what sort of Share holdings support that one... Dilution to pay off a Copulos loan, fair enough I'll vote for that.. it shows confidence from the lender in the stock... But just a couple of Sophs throwing money into the ring when its not really needed?... Maybe they should be directed to the retail counter. That kind of money thrown on market would probably benefit the value of their existing holdings more so than the menial discount that they are trying to get in on... After all they had plenty of time to participate in the last CR..
