No. Because what they do and have continually done is bring out an announcement with the heading such as "SOR - Automation & Robotics Technology Success" implying exactly that. Then they incorporate a load of sub headings that have absolutely nothing to do with any associated "success". A free trial phase or 'potential funding support' has no connection to A & R Technology success.
Maybe they're better off sticking to the several paragraphs of what the actual announcement was about instead of clouding their announcements with glut.
