Don't understand what the war talk has to do with SOR, but there was a war between Armenia and Azerbaijan last year that lasted 6 weeks and resulted in the first surrender since Japan. It demonstrated the complete technological dominance of drones and why the era of soldiers is effectively over. Its a bit scary.
As for SORs battery tech you can find the updated timeline in their latest announcements. They are now aiming for having demonstrations of the use of the battery this year under load. If that is successful the next step would be to build a pilot plant for demonstrating commercial scaling of production. Given the revolutionary nature of what it is they are aiming to produce I've been impressed so far. The company is also amazing at responding to dd queries, much better than other companies I try and communicate with.
