Have you messaged management? i did once and got a reply, then did again and got nothing. Ended up selling last month and it was a good decision as the thing I bought instead went up. That list someone posted of SOR's failed and abandoned projects since 2013 really brought it home to me what lifestylers these guys are. They are more subtle than most, but do absolutely nothing for their fees and treat holders with derision
