SOR have hitched their wagon to the university research sector which is very skilled at just that - research - but not making a commercial product. I suspect the only chance SOR really has at that is renewal of management.

After ELEVEN YEARS, getting SOMETHING to market would be a reasonable expectation.
Even a small percent of something is better than 100% of nothing.
