    Thank you for the reply. Emotions aside, just because the Director sold some of his shares it does not devalue the significance of the products the company is invested in. It's quite common for a Company's Director to sell some of his or her's shares if they had initially invested most of their money in their company in order to grow and establish their company's product. They usually sell some of their shares when they know that their invested money has now helped to grow the company's products and to reduce the element of risk that every company has. Even share holders sell some of their shares to reduce the risk, if they have invested all or most of their money in one company. I believe that share holders of SOR have been selling their shares at a very low price, lately, based on their emotions/fears, just because the company's Director sold some of his shares. This makes no sense to an average person, like me. This is just my opinion. Regards.
