They like to reward shareholders so will often provide 'amped up' announcements, gives the opportunity for SPP participants to make a quick buck, hence why the SPPs are always in high demand.
The Honeywell partnership is still in place, although I haven't seen or heard anything since the HUG conference where SOR showcased the ASV to members.
The initial announcement about the SPP on 20/2/2023 stated: "All Directors and management will participate in the Offer" and after the close of the offer we got the Appendix 3Y showing that Smurf and Mr Nicholls took up their full entitlement of $30k and Mr Howard bought $17.5k worth.
