Turns out for some reason Automic aren’t able to pay back your refund to your BPay account (like FLT have done ). They need your bank account details on file . Being a newer, smaller registry it’s easy to have missed . And if you’ve only updated in the past week like me , you need to ring them on 1300 288 664 to push through .
