The Directors need to be careful here. Accepting over subscriptions, whilst nice to have money in the bank, basically puts the shares on fire sale based on what the market was prepared to pay yesterday and today. My hope is they take only $1m and in 3 months do another raise reflecting a higher SP. There is clearly appetite to invest in this research and tech, so don't give it away.
