I participated on the afternoon of Tuesday 27th. Paid by direct funds transfer using OSKO, so the payment would have been received before COB (OSKO payments only take seconds). This was the day before the offer documents actually arrived in the mail. Later that day the company announced that it had reached $1 million in subscriptions and that further applications would be scaled back.
I was scaled back to about half.
