At a guess I think it is the integration of the battery ink cells with a commercial supercapacitor for the first time that the market is liking.
From my limited understanding this is the nexus they needed to move towards powering bigger devices. If the battery ink truly is scalable as they say/suspect then conceivably they're well and truly on their way. Time will tell. Good luck to holders!
