Also agreed. (The opportunity cost applies even without the interest rates.) I think the main reason I've hung in for so long
is because of the attractiveness of tax exemption when we do find the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. Maybe I've put
too much weight on that. After-tax 60% of something has to be better than tax-exempt 100% of nothing.
