I thought it was pretty clear that it is still at an early stage.
The ability to mass fabricate the cells would be pretty huge though. They've already established that the tech works, the next steps are to progress various aspects required for commercialisation, eg mass production, consistency of product, reliability, costs of production, etc.
I figured the four year ARC deal was pretty indicative that there is still a lot of work to be done to bring it to the market as a commercial product.
