A few random comments...
The amount of information provided seems to indicate that the directors have heard the numerous complaints about lack of information. That was encouraging... even if the language used did seem to be a bit verbous and self-promoting. But yes, they have certainly been busy behind the scenes. Well done, guys!
Frequent use of the "potential" word...
The mining thing is encouraging, with "potential" for a product going to market... some time.

AI... given the rate of progress in this technology, and (as
@ecneitap has already stated above) the billions of dollars being poured into it by the technology heavy-weights, can tiny little Cognition Engines swim fast enough to stay on the breaking wave? Hopefully, they are looking at a relatively small, specialised niche market that is of insufficient commercial interest to the heavy-weights.
Does Honeywell still remember that Stealth exists? How long has that marketing deal been in place - with not a single sale? As someone else observed somewhere, with the world in its present state it would be reasonable to think that an autonomous, unmanned surveillance vehicle might be of great interest to someone. Is there any ongoing communication between SOR and Honeywell? Does SOR need to ring them up occasionally to remind them to shake the dust off the folder?
However, ARC's continued support for the research shows that at least one high profile funding source believes in their "potential" to eventually come up with something of benefit to humanity. So, yes, it continues to be a potentially viable, speculative, long-term investment. Hence, I've changed my sentiment from "Hold" to "Buy" - but not with any great urgency. The price has already fallen further since the release of this announcement.
