I presume that the plan for the disposable Energy Ink trials later this year aim to make use of VTT’s new piloting environment for medical devices.
This state-of-the-art environment allows companies to manufacture development-phase prototypes in full compliance with stringent medical device requirements. It enables technology development, engineering sample manufacturing and prototype production of health devices for diagnostics, vital sign monitoring and miniaturized sensors for hospitals and home use.
