I'll stick my neck out and make a prediction:
Commendable progress HAS been made. The power density achieved so far is remarkable, revolutionary, even.
But, as the announcement also made clear, there's still a LONG way to go before commercialisation.
As a very long-term shareholder, my gut feeling is that the price increase we saw prior to the announcement
was in anticipation of a more immediate return on investment than seems idicated by the announcement.
Hence, I think the price will have fallen back to low eighties - or perhaps even lower - before the next announcement
which is due "early in the new year".
Also, Christmas is coming, and in the past some people have sold down their share portfolios to provide them
with extra cash for their over-indulgences in their Christ-less season.
Just a thought, but might now be a good time to reduce exposure and get back in again at a slightly lower price
in the near future? What does anyone else think about this? Is a small pre-Christmas windfall opportunity
presenting itself here?
