The more mainstream publicity this stock receives, the better and it reinforces my first thoughts about the potential of this, which is why I invested.
We’ve had a little Perth-based company called Strategic Elements on our buy list for over a year.
It’s recently become, practically overnight, an ASX clean energy darling.
But, honestly, we didn’t even pick it because of clean energy.It was primarily an AI/robotics play.Strategic Elements’ work on batteries — which create electricity from humidity in the air or the skin’s surface and can recharge in a matter of minutes — didn’t even get a passing mention in our initial writeup.
It was a side hustle.

In October, Strategic Elements dropped a clean energy bombshell out of nowhere.
And the market went ballistic…‘Strategic Elements Ltd (ASX:SOR) subsidiary Australian Advanced Materials has agreed to develop a self-charging battery technology through its collaboration with the University of New South Wales and CSIRO.
‘The battery cells create electricity from humidity in the air or skin surface to self-charge themselves within minutes. ‘No manual charging or wired power is required.
’As soon as the press release came out, my ever-technical, analytically minded co-editor Lachlann Tierney emailed me to say:‘SELF-CHARGING BATTERIES??? ‘This is some next-level stuff if it works.‘Like HUGE.‘Wowzerssss.
’The market concurred.Strategic Elements bounced 170% in a single trading session.
