It's a vote of confidence that the SPP was oversubscribed, but I question why take nearly $6m at 10.5 cents, when only $1m seemed to be required?
Does the company not feel confident that anything will be achieved to warrant a higher share price than 10.5 cents in the near future, at which point more shares could be issued?
