There most certainly is more to say. What it tells you is that the reasons for the difference in outcome need to be explained, since it suggests that possibly many patients missed out on having optimum treatment. That treatment might well have extended their lives. Its very important not to simply dismiss it, it may well be the result of poor management or conduct of the study.
