From speaking with management, @Watchfullbull , Alpha and Beta are outside the current mining approval, and not merely a non-material extension. The plan I believe is to get the project funded and commenced with as few contingencies as possible. So the Alpha and Beta might be fed in in year 3+ after all permits obtained for extensions. The possibility will be factored in to the initial and subsequent plant upgrades.
