The key take is the management are experienced professionals who made sure to do the metallurgy work so that they would design a plant to suit the orebody from the beginning and therefore avoid the issue you raised above. Management are showing they are in this journey with shareholders and want to build a successful mine and enjoy the large profits a successful operation will bring, they are not the typical shareholder miners you find in many asx explorers/developers.
