Regarding share price, there is some uncertainty around the proposed capital raising, exact details have not been provided yet. PMY are aiming to complete the acquisition "within 75 days", until then I think punters are happy to wait and see what happens. I expect volume will arrive once PMY announce the completion of the deal and the commencement of works.
I think it is good to see they have multiple projects on the go, all at difference stages. While the finance and mine studies are being completed for Sorby Hills, PMY can advance some of their other tenements. Having more than one project on the cards will ensure we have constant news flow into the future.
If they choose to divest/sell/JV one or more of their other tenements, so be it. That will still create value for shareholders.
