I did not think I would be giving you my T/U, but here we are. You are absolutely right on this occasion. Simon and the board have misled shareholders and those who do not see it are mugs and dummies. They awarded themselves performance shares that were timed based on the knowledge they had, but which was not disclosed to us. I can join the dots going that far back, pretty sure others should see this now, too.
