maybe rob already know his son and that Culbert dude is not up to scratch….. i just hope he has the knowledge to admit that he doesn’t know instead of thinking he knows when he actually

rob is smart tho, structuring the company in such a way that someone capable can run it… promoted from within… their IB division….
tom will just become the chairman and all he needs to do is steady the ship and oversight the board … hopefully he can just enjoy life and don’t get much involved
