Someone want to help me calculate the fixed employee costs?

On the call, they mentioned that own employees are 150-200, from the prospectus we know they were 171

On page 27, there is a breakdown on CIF costs which shows that overheads are around 8%. On page 23, we have historical info which shows COGS of ZAR 1,87 billion for the six months ended August 2017. So do I take 8% of that? If I do it, I get overheads of ZAR 24,913,346 per month on a 100% basis but this is a whopping ZAR 145,692 per employee therefore I'm wrong.The average miner salary should be around ZAR 21,000 per month
