A distinction that has to be drawn between SA and the USA is that the SA distributor is buying stock for distribution whereas in the USA sales will be end-use sales made directly to hospitals or hospital buying co-ops. I would think the company's US logistics partner would by now hold stock at ready for shipment within the US, as would would soon the distributor in SA, the difference being that the US logistics partner does not own the stock it holds, and won't be a profit participant when sales take off.
The company made a strategic choice to forego front end income from the USA in favor of a larger longer term return. As you say, patience, patience, patience. We will all reap the rewards.
