An investor presentation wouldn't go astray - something that ties it all together and puts some numbers around it - provide some guidance etc These preso's are typical of small co's in this position.
So why has George not done this - is there a (strategic) reason? Often preso's are used prior to CR's, so maybe he doesn't need any extra cash at this stage and happy to let things run. Or maybe it's just not his style.
Eventually we should get a better understanding from the AR or the AGM.
